Delivery area
Belgium (excluding postcodes 4700 to 4799, the German-speaking area) and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. No delivery to other countries during the pilot.

Withdrawal procedure
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to the customer-service email address shown on our Contact page. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Hygiene-seal exception
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Legal guarantee
Under Belgian law, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery for all products. If a product is not in conformity, contact us at the customer-service email address shown on our Contact page.
